A chalet situated on the edge of a forest, hovering above the river Dranse with hot tub, sauna and only a 2 minute drive to the Nyon cable.

The chalet has been beautifully designed by the prestigious local architect Hervé Marullaz and compliments the scenery around it creating an Alpine feel that is both luxurious and relaxing.

The chalet has several areas to keep everyone happy and entertained. As you enter Foret D’Argent you are greeted with the focal point which is its huge glass atrium running though the centre of the chalet drawing light into the spaces across different levels and combined with the floor to ceiling windows it creates a balanced, calming feel where the outside is drawn in.

The open plan lounge is centred around a feature fireplace and surrounded by big comfortable sofas. There is a huge open kitchen and dining room with large oak dining table which looks out over the expansive terrace. The fabulous bar with pool table opens out onto a glass mezzanine with glass ceiling making this a fabulous space to socialise. The TV snug has large comfortable sofas to watch your favourite films.

For relaxation there is an outdoor sauna and hot tub next to the river so you can make the most of this tranquil location and stunning views, there is large and comfortable ski room with boot and glove warmers for storing all your equipment.

Sleeping

The chalet sleeps up to 10 adults and 2 children. The chalet benefits from a superb master suite with private lounge on the top floor and four generous bedrooms on the ground floor. All bedrooms are have big en-suites with rainforest showers,luxury bathroom products and all beds can be made up as either Kings or Twins. The downstairs bedrooms all lead directly onto a private terrace in the garden and the master suite has two private balconies overlooking the forest and river.

The neighbourhood

The chalet offers superb access to the whole of the Porte de Soleil Ski region. It is situated beside the Nyon Cable Car, which is accessed down the garden steps so couldn't be more convenient. You are able to ski back along the winding Chamois Piste through the forest to within 100 metres of the Chalet. From the Nyon cable car you can ski the slopes up on Pointe Nyon, which holds some of the best skiing and boarding in the area. Morzine town centre is a 15 minute stroll along a pretty forest path which runs alongside a stream. A free shuttle bus stops right outside the chalet which goes directly into town where there are a huge variety of shops, bars and restaurants.
