From €6,401

South facing with incredible views of Le Pleney, Chalet Passerelle is located close to the footbridge in the centre of Morzine. Less than five minutes walk into town and to the Super Morzine cable car.

Chalet Passerelle is arranged over three levels with an “upside-down” layout, placing the main living areas on the top floor to make the most of the light, space, and mountain views.

The top floor features a bright open-plan living area with vaulted ceilings, exposed beams, and a striking central log-burning fireplace. The extra-large modular sofa surrounding the fire is perfect for socialising or unwinding in front of the TV after a day on the slopes. A newly built bar area adds to the convivial atmosphere, while sliding bay windows open onto a large south-facing balcony with magnificent views of Le Pleney.

The kitchen-dining area includes a well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast island and access to a covered terrace. In summer, you can enjoy barbecues and outdoor dining with seating for up to twelve guests.

Four of the five bedrooms are located on the first floor, along with the terrace featuring an inviting outdoor hot tub and a small garden - ideal for sunbathing or relaxing in the fresh mountain air.

On the ground floor, you’ll find the fifth bedroom, a spacious family suite that sleeps up to four guests, with a king or twin bed setup and a quality double sofa bed. The boot room with boot warmers and the utility room with washer and dryer are also located on this level.

Each bedroom can be configured as a twin or king-size double, with luxury toppers ensuring there are no gaps. All linen and towels are premium Egyptian cotton.

Practical features include parking for three cars, a boot room with dryers, and of course, your own private outdoor hot tub - perfect for ending the day in style.
