Chalet Roji is located on a quiet street, a 10 minute walk to the lifts of Pleney or Super Morzine, or a few minutes bus ride as the bus stop is at the end of the road (a 2 minute walk.
Chalet Roji is a beautifully renovated 5 bedroom self-catered chalet with an outdoor hot tub that is well situated in Morzine in a quiet residential area a 10 minute walk to the town centre and to the Super Morzine lift.
The chalet has been well thought out to suit a group of 10 adults comfortably but can accommodate up to 12 guests when there are children using the additional bunkbeds in the family room so offering great flexibility for groups and families.
The chalet is arranged over 3 levels. On the entrance there is one double/twin ensuite bedroom: a TV snug room: a super practical boot wet gear storage area with heated boot warmers and a laundry area and lastly a communal toilet. On the first floor there a room with a set of bunkbeds (full size beds) as well as the open plan sitting room/kitchen with dining area. This is a lovely bright space with large windows and patio doors leading out onto the wrap around balcony which also gives access to the garden.
The kitchen is a generous size and beautifully designed with contemporary black units and a cream stone finished worktop set off perfectly by the eucalyptus painted wall. There is a large oak dining table that comfortably sits 10 guests. In the sitting area there is a log burner, a large corner sofa as well as a 2 seater sofa plus a couple of bucket seats meaning there is plenty of comfy seating. With having the TV room downstairs in addition plus the balcony and garden, there is plenty of communal living space.
Upstairs there are two double/twin bedrooms, each with their own shower room and balcony then a double/twin that has a set of bunkbeds so it can flex to being a family quad room. This room has a spacious separate bathroom (bath with shower over). There is a second communal toilet off the set of stairs leading up to the third level.
Outside of the chalet there is secure ski and bike storage and parking for up to 4 cars.
The location is ideal for guests as the lifts, pool, restaurants, shops and bars are all so close but it is on a quiet street with little traffic.
