Pre-opening of the partial ski area is planned between Saturday 14 December and Friday 19 December 2025.

Winter ski season dates in Morzine
When can you ski in Morzine?
Weather/snow conditions permitting, you can usually ski in Morzine from December to April using the lift system. Naturally, the season can be extended, typically with weekend openings in November or by ski-touring/hiking yourself up!
Season start and end dates may vary slightly as they are dependent on snow conditions. There may be a reduced ski area in operation if snow cover is insufficient or due to early/late season ramp up/down.

The Prodains Express generally runs from 07:00 to 21:00 for pedestrians (later on weekends) and 09:00 to 17:00 for skiers. Other lifts run from approximately 09:00 to 16:00 daily.

Fewer on-mountain lifts are open in summer in Morzine, but there's still fantastic mountain access for hikers, bikers and selfie-takers!
Lifts generally open at 09:00 and close around 17:30 but will run longer for major summer events, check to see which lifts are running when.
