L’Echappée is a new-build development of 42 apartments across five buildings in the picturesque village of Morillon. Nestled by the forest, the development blends modern construction with traditional architecture and offers wonderful views of the Aiguille du Criou and surrounding peaks. It is just a few minutes from the new, 10-person Vercland ski lift.

Echappée is 900 metres from the Morillon cable car to the south-west of the very centre of Morillon. There is a (free) bus stop close by for access to the ski-lift, as well as a bike path for the summer months. The summer lake and activities centre is a very short drive away.
