Adopte One Col

Attention all road cyclists! This exciting challenge is for you! Departing from either Samoëns or Morzine, embark on a challenge to conquer the famous Col de Joux Plane, exclusively reserved for cyclists on this day. Once you reach the top, a friendly refreshment station awaits you to replenish your energy levels. Ascend the legendary col, standing tall at an altitude of 1690 metres and having been crossed 11 times by the Tour de France and 3 times by the Critérium du Dauphiné.

From Samoëns, tackle an 11.65km climb at an average of 8.5% on the Southern side. Alternatively, from Morzine, take on a 10.7km climb at an average of 6.6% on the North side.

Upon reaching Lac de Joux Plane, enjoy the breathtaking view of the Giffre valley and the Mont Blanc range, all in unspoilt mountain surroundings. The best part? The road is closed to car traffic and reserved solely for cyclists, giving you the perfect opportunity to relish in the beauty of this emblematic pass and its awe-inspiring landscape. This challenge is all about enjoying a friendly and stress-free moment, with everyone moving at their own pace.
