Christmas in Morzine - Enchanted village
Two weeks of festive fun at "Morzine, Village Enchanté"
There can be nothing more special than spending Christmas in a ski resort, and Morzine is pulling out all the stops to make it the best one ever!
Throughout the festive period, there will be fireworks, brass bands, shows for children, parades and music in the streets and lots more.
- children can come and meet Father Christmas at the Place de l'Office de Tourisme
- On 23 December - Miss Faustine sings Christmas at the Place de l'Office de Tourisme from 16:30 to 18:30
- On 24 December from 18:00 - Santa's arrival will be accompanied by a fairy tale parade with swans, goblins, gigantic characters on stilts and festive oddballs! This will be accompanised by torchlit descent and fireworks display in front of the Pléney.
- on 25 December join the Christmas Fanfare at the Place de l'Office de Tourisme. Jazz musicians revisit the magic of Christmas music, gospel tunes and medleys of Disney cartoon songs.
Check out the family theatre show at Palais des Sports on 22 December. An enchanting story of Chami Chamo the camel, with puppetry and music.
Throughout the Christmas holidays there are great creative workshops running for the children to make all kinds of festive decorations.
Festivities continue every day until New Year's Eve, when around 18:00 there is a torchlit descent by the ESF instructors followed by fireworks on the Pléney, and from 23:00 until 01:00 you can dance the night away to a local DJ.
