Final Report of the 2010 Summer
The last weekend of the summer was beautiful.The sun shone, the skies were clear and the birds were probably singing in the trees but all you could hear was rally cars.
The Mont Blanc Rally was the last major event of a summer that has seen some very mixed weather. June and July were scorching and the thermometer frequently read over thirty. Downhill tracks were bone dry and dusty and Lake Montriond was the best place to cool off.
August was far more changeable and the summer weather never really returned after the rain fell at the end of July.
In all though we have had some great times this summer with enough events taking place to keep us entertained.
The video reports will start up again in December, before the lifts open on the 11th.
