La Dez'Alp Restaurant, Morzine Centre

Lovely French brasserie in Morzine centre

Featured in: | Updated

Decorated in a traditional yet modern Savoyard style, this restaurant and brasserie in the heart of Morzine has great views from the picture windows at the back all the way up to Avoriaz on a clear day.

They're open for lunch and dinner, and serve up a mix of traditional Savoyard and French cuisine, with delicious desserts like pancakes and brownies. There is also a lunchtime plat du jour. The restaurant seats up to 70 people and is a popular place with Morzine locals.

From the front, you can watch the world go by from the little terrace which leads straight onto one of the busiest areas for shopping and dining in Morzine. You can pop in for a cheeky drink or a crepe, as they offer a cafe service too.

  • "We visited here to have a nice meal out as a change to self-catering. The restaurant is a lot bigger than it looks from the outside and has nice views from the window. Staff were nice and friendly and the food was good, especially the desserts. I had duck as the main which was nice and plentiful." - Trip Advisor
  • "Food was tasty, well put together and thought about.
Staff friendly and helpful. Bright open with relaxed atmosphere and not too much background noise. Could do with another member of staff in busy period. Loved the fact they accepted my small dog." - Trip Advisor
  • "We popped in for a light lunch - excellent tartiflettes - but the daily menu seemed good too and reasonably priced. Apparently, the chef has a gourmet menu which we many try one day." - Trip Advisor
