This is much more than just a restaurant. Les Aigles du Léman, located at Pointe de Nyon (1500m) and boasting breathtaking views of the mountains, is surrounded by a wild natural park where magnificent birds of prey live, including eagles, condors and owls.
On offer, there are dinner shows with eagles, falconry courses, an indoor playground for children and even the chance to ski the Nyon slopes with the eagles. The perfect place to spend a day in the mountains.
Every day during the winter season, there are two lunch services: indoor lunch and comedy shows from 11:45 (booking mandatory) and indoor and/or outdoor lunch shows with eagles and other birds of prey from 12:00 to 15:00 (no booking required, subject to availability). There is also a ski-in/ski-out snack bar on the slopes selling delicious fast food including chips, sausages, nuggets, sandwiches, waffles, crepes, ice cream, cakes and drinks.
Plenty of activities are available here including visits to the wonderful birds of prey from 09:30 to 11:30 (booking required), falconry courses to learn how to handle these magnificent animals (max. 4 people) and even the chance to ski with the eagles (max. 4 people). Kids must be 10 years old and older.
And, for those who just want to explore the area, there is a sledge track, a snowpark, a themed walking path where you can learn more about birds of prey, an indoor playground with slides and a ball pit for those aged under 10 and a gift shop with tonnes of souvenirs.
Accessible for skiers as well as pedestrians using the Nyon cable car. Open daily until March 29th 2020 from 09:00 to 17:00.
