There’s a menu of classic pizzas but also some wonderfully imaginative options. The name meaning 'the unexpected' is testament to the more unique options on the menu. Try the Pizza au Boudin with black pudding, red onions and roasted apple; the Caruso with honey ricotta cream, gorgonzola, spinach, pears and nuts; or the Rossa with beetroot cream base, honey, lambs lettuce and fresh goats cheese. Alternatively, they offer excellent pasta and gnocchi dishes, as well as salads, soups and sharing boards of charcuterie, cheeses, burrata or Bresaola.
