What a great start to February. After Tuesday's big snowfall the temperatures dropped and, despite the forecast predicting quite overcast conditions, the skies cleared and gave us some of the best conditions I have ever seen in the Portes du Soleil.
In an effort to find fresh snow we headed away from the usual spots and found some excellent snow in Chatel and Torgon, where it was weirdly quiet.
With cold temperatures and some clear skies on the horizon it looks like the first week of February is going to be great.
