Sunny conditions in Morzine New Year's week
Unseasonably sunny but possibility of more snow on the way
The best snow at the moment is to be found in Les Gets, or on the upper slopes of Avoriaz.
Things could be worse, with pretty decent coverage in most places after an unseasonably dry and warm Christmas week, and Super Morzine should be avoided. It's due to stay sunny most of the week, but there is some snow on the forecast for later in the week. Sunny slopes are recommended, as conditions can be slightly icy in the shade.
