Things to do at Pointe de Nyon:
The lifts are open every day from mid June to early September although check the website for details. The Nyon cable car is typically open from 10:00 to 17:30 and the Pointe de Nyon chairlift is usually open from 10:15 to 16:45.
The ticket office is situated at the base of the Nyon cable car and is generally open from 10:00 to 15:00 every day. All these timings are subject to change, so always check the weather, websites, and at the ticket desks for updates before setting off.
There is also free parking at the base of Nyon cable car.

A great walk through a beech forest and dramatic limestone gorges carved by the Dranse de Morzine. Expect vibrant rock colours, safe cliffside paths and even a daring glass walkway you can try.

Located near the Pleney lift and l’Opera nightclub, L’Etale is reputed to be one of Morzine's best restaurants, serving great food at a reasonable price. It is a versatile restaurant for families and groups, although in high season if you’re in a large group it’s definitely worth booking ahead as it does get very busy.
La Grange Restaurant is hidden down a little back road, less than 100 metres from the tourist office in the centre of Morzine, and only 100 metres from the bottom of the Pleney, making it a great alternative to eating up the mountain.
Dez’Alp is a cosy, family-run restaurant in the heart of Morzine, serving hearty local dishes, daily specials and standout burgers. The menu features everything from fondue and foie gras to chunky, steak-style burgers in artisan bread with crispy fries. With friendly service, mountain views and a sun-soaked terrace, it’s a firm favourite year round.

The Morzine summer luge winds it's way down the left hand side of the Pleney. Take the La Crusaz chairlift up with your sledge and make your way down the track.
