This apartment is situated a few minutes wakl from the Pleney lift station and the centre of Morzine.

Spread over two floors, this apartment offers plenty of space and is decorated in a traditional style, complete with an open log fireplace in the living room. The open-plan living area features a comfortable sofa and armchair, perfect for relaxing in the evenings. A wooden dining table, seating eight, sits next to a fully equipped kitchen, which includes a ceramic hob, full-size oven, dishwasher, and fridge-freezer.

At the far end of the apartment, floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors open onto a spacious wrap-around balcony, offering wonderful views over the resort and towards the mountains beyond.

For entertainment, the apartment includes a flat-screen Satellite TV and WiFi access. For your convenience, there is also a washing machine, tumble dryer, and equipment storage in the apartment's cellar.

The apartment sleeps up to eight in three bedrooms and a mezzanine level. The rooms are configured as follows;
