5 bedroom chalet in Les Gets. Sleeps 14
Chalet Tosca is a brand new luxury chalet in Les Gets with a peaceful location on the Chavannes side of the village. From Chalet Tosca’s garden, you can ski-out on a gentle 200 metre traverse to join the Bruyère piste, depending on the snowfall. This leads onto the home run down to the Chavannes gondola and chairlift. The Bruyère piste is a 6-minute walk in any conditions.
Chalet Tosca is ideally located just a four-minute drive from the centre of Les Gets, with easy access to the Chavannes Express Chair Lift, Téléski du Stade, and Mont-Chéry ski lift. Alternatively, it’s a one-minute drive up the hill to Télésiège des Folliets du Golf to kickstart your day of skiing.
Thanks to its location on the Chavannes slope, the chalet is perfectly positioned for access to Snowpark Les Gets, Les Mappys, and Boarder Cross Les Gets. You can also ski over to Morzine, giving you the chance to explore two ski resorts in one holiday with a Les Gets-Morzine ski pass.
Spanning four levels, Chalet Tosca features an open-plan living room, kitchen, and dining area on level 3, offering stunning views of Mt Chéry through floor-to-ceiling windows and a spacious balcony. The living room is split into two areas: a cozy nook for watching TV and a large sofa area by the wood-burning stove, perfect for socialising and taking in the views. The modern kitchen overlooks the mountain panorama and the dining table, which seats 14 people. If you need extra seating, there are four bar stools at the large kitchen island.
In summer, enjoy the chalet’s large garden with BBQ facilities, where kids can play on the balance logs and challenge you to a game of petanque. Unwind in the outdoor hot tub, and take advantage of the fantastic dining area and sundowner seating area for evening relaxation. A scenic ten-fifteen minute walk from the garden leads you to Lac des Ecoles, a swimming lake with a WIBIT inflatable assault course, a flume, and a splash play area for younger children. This area is also home to the Alta Lumina light show, a magical experience through the woods, available in both summer and winter.
Inside Chalet Tosca, there’s a cinema room for cosy movie nights, as well as a wellness area with a sauna and shower for ultimate relaxation. The chalet also offers space for a spa treatment, with a range of in-chalet massages and facials available at extra cost, detailed in the concierge brochure. On this level, you'll find two bedrooms, each with an en-suite shower room and balcony access to the garden and hot tub area. This floor also includes a laundry room and a separate WC.
Level two (entrance level):
This level features a bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a bunk room with four single beds and an en-suite bathroom, and a study/bedroom that sleeps two. All of these rooms have balconies leading out to the garden and hot tub area. There’s also a large ski and boot storage room with heated boot and glove warmers, easily accessible from the chalet’s heated driveway, which has space for five cars. Two of these parking spaces are covered by a carport.
Top level (master suite):
The master suite is a private sanctuary with breathtaking views of Mt Chéry. The bed is positioned to make the most of these views, and the room also features an egg-shaped bathtub, where you can soak while enjoying the mountain panorama. The master suite has its own en-suite shower room for added luxury.
