Spanning six levels, Chalet Xanadu features a secret kids’ den on the top floor. This playful space includes games, books, and floor-to-ceiling windows that frame stunning valley views. The den can also be used as an additional sleeping area for up to 20 guests. Families will appreciate the thoughtful design, including a bunk room with an en-suite bathroom, equipped with both adult-height and kid-height sinks.

The walk leads to Morzine’s indoor and outdoor swimming pools and the Super Morzine lift. Alternatively, a ten - fifteen minute walk along the road takes you to the suspension bridge, which crosses to the Super Morzine lift and the town’s bars and restaurants.

The bedrooms are spread across three levels. On level five, you’ll find a bedroom with breathtaking views over Nyon and a large balcony – the perfect spot for a morning coffee while taking in the mountain scenery. The en-suite features a freestanding egg-shaped bath. Three additional bedrooms are on level three, each with access to a large shared balcony offering panoramic views of Mont Chéry, Pleney, and Roc d’Enfer. Each room has its own en-suite bathroom or shower room.
