Chalet Beauvallon, literally translated as ‘Beautiful Valley,’ is a modern property designed to make the most of its space, offering a charming and comfortable stay in both winter and summer.

Spread across two floors, the apartment descends from the road level into the hillside, with floor-to-ceiling windows in the main living area offering breathtaking views of the mountains and valley below.

The upper floor features an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area, as well as the master bedroom with an ensuite. This floor also boasts a large balcony/terrace, perfect for soaking up the afternoon sun.

On the lower floor, you'll find two double/twin bedrooms (one with an ensuite bathroom), a children’s quad bunk room, a shower room, and a separate WC.

The apartment comes with ski storage and offers parking for three cars: one in the garage and two outside.

Please note: there is a staircase leading from the road level main parking area and entrance down to the apartment entrance.

If you're travelling with a larger group, you can also rent Chalet Beauvallon Petit (A), which accommodates an additional six guests. Conveniently, the ‘E’ bus stops right outside the chalet, taking you to Pleney in less than three minutes. Alternatively, you can walk a few minutes to the bus stop at the roundabout and catch the ‘A’ bus to Prodains, or take a five-minute walk to the Nyon telecabine to access the Morzine/Les Gets ski area.
