Set over three spacious floors, this chalet boasts an outdoor deck with stunning views across the valley to the Pleney slopes, up to the peak of Roc D’enfer, and towards the charming Alpine village of Cote D’Abroz.
The entrance level features an open-plan living and dining area, with two seating zones perfect for either enjoying the fireplace or relaxing in front of the TV. The dining room and kitchen are also on this level, allowing guests to enjoy breathtaking views of the forest through the floor-to-ceiling windows. Step out from the living room onto the sun-drenched deck, ideal for alfresco dining in the summer or unwinding in the hot tub surrounded by snow in winter.
The upper level comprises three spacious bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. Two bedrooms can be configured as either twin rooms or super king rooms, while the third has a permanent king-sized bed. The king room has a shower en-suite, one of the other bedrooms features a shower, and the master bedroom includes both a bath and shower in its en-suite.
The lower level includes two more bedrooms, a cinema room, and a laundry room. The cinema room, with its twinkling ceiling lights and UK Sky TV, is the perfect spot to relax after a day on the slopes. The sofa here is convertible, offering flexible sleeping arrangements for guests and can be set up as a double bed if needed. Each of the bedrooms downstairs can be configured as twin or super king rooms, and each has its own shower room en-suite. The laundry room is a practical addition for families, with a washing machine and dryer available for guest use.
