A brand-new chalet in the perfect location beneath the Pleney slopes in central Morzine. Stronger skiers can ski back close to the door via ‘Piste B’ when snow conditions permit, or you can stroll to/from the Pleney lift and the shops, bars and restaurants of central Morzine within just a few minutes.
Despite its proximity to Morzine’s party life as well as the hustle and bustle of the main town and its amenities, Chalet Stade is nicely tucked away. It is perfect for those who like to be very close to everything yet not on the central streets.
A semi-detached, modern building, Stade offers clever design and excellent privacy. The local owners, Laetitia and Nico, live next door and have built both chalets with considerable care to maximise the space of such a prime location.
On the ground floor is the stylish open-plan kitchen-lounge-diner, complete with feature log burner, high ceiling and comfy seating. This impressive focal point is fully equipped, bright, spacious and the ideal modern alpine living space. Patio doors lead out to the sun terrace and hot tub, complete with breathtaking views.
Back to the ground floor, there is a laundry area in the main chalet (with a washing machine and tumble dryer), along with an adjacent ski store/drying room containing heated boot warmers. Ample off-road parking is available on the chalet’s private grounds.
In a quiet location yet on the doorstep of the resort centre, Stade is the perfect self-catered chalet in Morzine for groups of 8-10.
Sleeping
The chalet sleeps up to 10 people in 4 bedrooms which are configured as follows:
- An ensuite family/master suite (with bath) is on the ground level. It offers zip & link beds (which can be configured as a king-size double or 2 singles) and a sofa bed, which makes into a further double if required
- 3 further bedrooms located upstairs, each with their own luxury ensuite bathroom. 2 rooms have zip and link beds with Juliet balconies, whilst 1 room offers a fixed queen-size double
