Le Pre is a stunning stand-alone chalet, perfectly designed for families or groups seeking space, comfort, and privacy. Set in its own gardens at the front and back, the property boasts an Outdoor Jacuzzi / Hot Tub, ample off-street parking, and six generous bedrooms including a Quad bunk room, all designed for relaxing after a day on the slopes.
The main living space sits on the top floor, which is at entrance level, and immediately impresses with double-height ceilings, exposed beams, and large windows showcasing the surrounding mountain views. Sliding doors open onto wrap-around balconies – perfect for morning coffee or an evening apéro. The lounge features a cosy fireplace, plenty of comfortable sofas, and snug corners to unwind in, while a mezzanine TV area provides a chill-out and gaming space for kids and teens.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all mod cons and includes a breakfast bar. It flows seamlessly into the light and airy dining area, with double-height windows, a chunky tree-trunk style dining table, and stylish lighting. Outside, the deck features the Outdoor Jacuzzi / Hot Tub, and in summer, there’s a BBQ with outdoor dining and a separate seating area to enjoy the sunset.
Sleeping arrangements include six luxurious bedrooms, all with ensuite or private bathrooms. The lower floor has four double/twin ensuite rooms, each with walkout access to the hot tub terrace. The upper level houses a spacious family room leading to a light and airy Quad bunk room, sharing a family bathroom and an additional bathroom on the ground floor. Beds can be configured as twin or king-sized doubles with luxury mattress toppers.
Practicalities include a separate utility and drying area with WC, washing machine, and tumble dryer, ski and boot room, secure bike storage, and three private parking spaces. The nearest ski bus stop is just 400 metres away, giving you quick access to the slopes.
