Chalet Le Stade is located in the heart of Morzine, a stones throw from the ski runs, restaurants and bars. The building also has its very own ski hire shop, Pleney Sports, and so ski hire and fitting services are on the doorstep. Its enourmous size means group sizes of up to 16 adults fit very comfortably. You can easily seat everyone around the dining table and the lounge area features lots of comfy sofas with a fireplace and views of the mountains.
This striking alpine chalet is set over two floors and is designed for both relaxation and sociable entertaining. Located in a prime position opposite the Pleney slopes, it combines contemporary style with practical features to accommodate larger groups comfortably.
The first level, located on the second floor, houses five generous ensuite bedrooms, each with a private balcony, triple glazing, and electric shutters for comfort and quiet. There is also a double spa room featuring two hot tubs and a spare toilet, providing a perfect space to unwind after a day on the slopes. The bedrooms are positioned at the back of the chalet to ensure privacy and tranquility.
The top floor is a showstopper, with a large balcony overlooking the Pleney slopes, offering stunning mountain views. This level features a sociable dining area with a huge rectangular table that seats up to sixteen guests comfortably. Two spacious lounge areas around the fireplace provide the perfect spot to relax, while an honesty bar, large flatscreen TV with XBox, and BOSE surround sound system complete the entertainment options. Two additional ensuite bedrooms with double-height ceilings are also on this level, one of which can be configured as a triple room.
All seven bedrooms can be configured as twin or king-sized doubles, with one room available as a triple with an additional single. Luxury mattress toppers ensure restful sleep, and all linen and towels are provided in Egyptian cotton.
Practical features include a private allocated parking space in the garage (car lift required), additional local paid parking, secure ski locker and bike storage, and direct access to Pleney Sports Ski Shop with a boot and ski fitting service. The chalet is ideally located for ski schools and lifts, with restaurants and amenities on the doorstep.
