Chalet Beauvallon Grand (Apartment C) is a stunning contemporary four-bedroom property ideally situated between the Nyon telecabine and the Pleney/Avoriaz roundabout, offering easy access to ski lifts in every direction.
Chalet Beauvallon, meaning ‘Beautiful Valley,’ is a modern property thoughtfully designed to maximise space and provide a charming, comfortable stay all year round.
Set over two floors, the apartment descends from road level into the hillside. Floor-to-ceiling windows in the main living area showcase breathtaking views of the mountains and valley below.
The upper floor features an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area, alongside the master bedroom with an ensuite. A large balcony/terrace on this level is perfect for soaking up the afternoon sun.
Downstairs, you’ll find two double/twin bedrooms (one with an ensuite), a children’s quad bunk room, a shower room, and a separate WC.
The apartment includes ski storage and parking for three cars — one in the garage and two outside. Please note, a staircase connects the road-level parking and main entrance to the apartment below.
For larger groups, Chalet Beauvallon Petit (A) can be rented alongside, accommodating an additional six guests.
Transport is very convenient with the ‘E’ bus stopping right outside the chalet, taking you to Pleney in under three minutes. Alternatively, you can walk a few minutes to the bus stop at the roundabout for the ‘A’ bus to Prodains, or stroll five minutes to the Nyon telecabine for access to the Morzine/Les Gets ski area.

No need to carry your ski equipment around with you! Simply pick it up from the ski shop in resort. You can collect your equipment from at least 5pm the day before your 1st skiing day.
