This fabulous apartment with hot-tub is situated on the Route d'Avoriaz, a 20-minute walk from the town centre. However, a minibus service is available from the agents at an additional cost.

This comfortable modern apartment offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The spacious open-plan living area features a fully equipped kitchen tucked into a corner, with a sitting and dining area at the other end. The sitting area boasts a comfortable L-shaped sofa, and the dining table easily seats six. The kitchen includes a full-size oven, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge.

Large floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors open onto a fantastic terrace with beautiful mountain views, complete with a hot-tub! You can unwind in both winter and summer months while taking in the stunning scenery.

For entertainment, the apartment is equipped with a flat-screen TV, DVD player, and WiFi access.

Sleeping

The apartment sleeps up to six in three bedrooms which are configured as follows:

  • Bedroom 1: Double room with en-suite bathroom and WC
  • Bedroom 2: Twin room
  • Bedroom 3: Bunk-bed room

Rooms 2 and 3 share access to a shower room with WC.

Dining

The apartment is let on a self-catering basis. However, the agents are able to arrange various catering options from the odd meal to a meal delivery service through to fully catered.
