This spacious apartment is situated in a peaceful location five minutes walk from the centre of Morzine and 50 metres from the free shuttle bus stop that runs to the Pleney lift station.

The lovely interior has been fully refurbished to create a comfortable and inviting holiday home. The open-plan living and dining room features plenty of comfortable sofas where you can stretch out and relax in the evenings by the wood-burning stove. Two sets of French windows allow plenty of natural light and provide access to the sunny terrace and garden, offering beautiful mountain views.

The separate kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to create your favourite meals, including a full-size oven, microwave, four-ring ceramic hob, dishwasher, and fridge.
