A charming chalet located in a quiet part of Morzine on the Route des Ardoisieres in the direction of Avoriaz. The chalet is only about 800m from Morzine town centre and church square.

This charming chalet is spread over two floors, beautifully built and decorated in a traditional alpine style. It features classic exposed wooden beams and parquet flooring, creating a warm, rustic atmosphere throughout.

On the first floor, the spacious living area offers plenty of comfortable seating around the fireplace, perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes. Large windows provide access to a wraparound terrace, which is mainly south-east facing, ensuring plenty of sunshine. Adjacent to the living area, the dining space comfortably seats seven guests, creating the perfect spot for family meals or dinner parties. The fully equipped kitchen includes electric hobs, a multifunction microwave oven, dishwasher, extractor hood, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, offering everything you need for self-catering convenience.

Additionally, the chalet provides access to a cellar and ski/gear locker, along with an outdoor parking space for added convenience.
