Lumina, meaning Light in Latin, only begins to describe the exceptional features this chalet has to offer. This 5 bedroom renovated farmhouse is a true jewel in the Alps.

The chalet gets its name from the floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the living space, offering panoramic south-westerly views of Pleney and the Morzine valley. This open, sky-filled room feels like you're suspended high above the valley, closer to the swooping birds of prey and soaring paragliders than to the ground—a sensation that lingers throughout the chalet.

Nearly every room offers a new angle to appreciate the stunning scenery and dramatic landscape. On the ground floor, three ensuite bedrooms stretch along the south-western face of the building. Large French doors open onto a balcony, inviting you to enjoy a lazy breakfast or unwind with a glass of wine as the sunset paints the sky over the mountains, trees, and slopes.

The remaining two ensuite bedrooms are located on the second and top floors. While they don’t share the same expansive views as the ground floor, these rooms radiate charm and style, with neutral stone colour palettes and classic Alpine features. The result is a clean, elegant space with a cosy touch.

However, it is the open-plan communal area that truly makes this chalet shine. The spectacular views are ever-present in this space, with four large French doors lining the dining area and offering fantastic vistas from both the dining table and the snug area on the mezzanine above.

The dining area, with its elegant leather chairs, suspended lighting, and rustic wooden details, has the feel of a fine French restaurant. The contemporary kitchen, separated by a breakfast bar, is fully equipped to create gourmet meals. Whether you want to cook from scratch or relax with our five-star semi-catered packages, the choice is yours.

After dinner, the only decision left is where to sit and enjoy the view. The spacious living area, featuring a wall-length floor-to-ceiling glass window, luxurious sofas, and a roaring fire, is the perfect spot to retire with a well-deserved digestif. On sunny days or crisp winter evenings, the large hot tub sits on a generous deck, offering the same breathtaking view. Relax with a glass of fizz and reflect on the day as the sun sets behind the imposing silhouette of Roc d’Enfer. Wherever you choose to unwind, we guarantee that the view is just as stunning, whether it's blanketed in freshly fallen snow or bathed in sunlight.
