Designed to make the most of its sunny setting, this four-bedroom luxury chalet is filled with natural light throughout the day. Every room opens onto a balcony or terrace - even the garage - so you can take in the uninterrupted views towards Nyon and Pleney from almost anywhere in the property.
You enter at garden level into a bright open-plan living, kitchen and dining space. After a day on the slopes, sink into the generous velvet sofa while the vaulted ceilings, dual-aspect windows and wide patio doors frame the surrounding forest and mountain scenery. The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped and sociable, making it a pleasure for keen cooks and relaxed gatherings alike.
The large side terrace is a real highlight, offering spectacular sunsets and a peaceful setting for an après-ski drink or a quiet moment in the alpine glow. The chalet sits just two hundred metres from the bus stop and around five hundred metres from Morzine’s bars and restaurants, giving you both convenience and tranquillity. A private garage provides ski storage with boot warmers, and there is driveway parking for two cars.
The master bedroom occupies the entire top floor, featuring vaulted ceilings, a spacious bathroom, separate WC and its own private balcony. Three further en-suite bedrooms are located on the lower ground floor, each with terrace access, large bathrooms and beautiful valley views.
