Spanning six levels, Chalet Xanadu features a secret kids’ den on the top floor. This playful space includes games, books, and floor-to-ceiling windows that frame stunning valley views. The den can also be used as an additional sleeping area for up to 20 guests. The open-plan lounge, dining area, and kitchen are designed for relaxation and socialising, with elegant Scandinavian-inspired furniture, cream sofas, and warm accents from the orange blankets and pillows. A separate TV area with comfy armchairs and beanbags offers another cosy spot for the group.
During the ski season, Chalet Xanadu offers a fully-catered service, with hosts who keep the logs topped up in the massive lounge fireplace, serving drinks and canapés before dinner. Alternatively, a ten - fifteen minute walk along the road takes you to the suspension bridge, which crosses to the Super Morzine lift and the town’s bars and restaurants.
The bedrooms are spread across three levels. The en-suite features a freestanding egg-shaped bath. Three additional bedrooms are on level three, each with access to a large shared balcony offering panoramic views of Mont Chéry, Pleney, and Roc d’Enfer. Each room has its own en-suite bathroom or shower room. This floor also includes a wellness area with a large indoor sauna and shower, leading outside to the hot tub, where you can relax and enjoy the view with a glass of bubbles.
The spacious master suite, located on level two, opens directly onto a large decking area with garden furniture, providing a sunny spot throughout the day. Adjacent to the master suite is a bunk room with four double beds, a generous bathroom with a bath, double sinks (one for kids), and a shower with a seat.
The main entrance level features a large lobby with plenty of space for jackets and helmets, as well as a boot room with heated boot warmers. Chalet Xanadu also offers six off-street parking spaces and a large garage for storage, ideal for bikes and ski equipment.
