Situated in one of Morzine's newest apartment developments Residence Echo du Pleney, Apartment Les Echos is in a fabulous location just next to the roundabout for the Super Morzine Telecabine. Only a few steps away from the Super Morzine ski lift and only five minutes walk to the Pleney telecabine. It offers a great location and good value for couples and families, close enough to stumble home but far enough away from the hustle and bustle.
Set on the third floor, Apartment Les Echos enjoys a prominent corner position with a large wraparound balcony overlooking the Pointe de Nyon and the Pointe de Ressachaux. Spanning eighty-five square metres, it offers a wonderful sense of space, light, and comfort.
The open-plan living area is bright and inviting, with wide windows that frame stunning mountain views. A beautiful L-shaped sofa provides plenty of space for six or seven guests to relax, while the large dining table and adjoining kitchen create the perfect setting for sociable evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, and Nespresso machine, and features an island with bar stools - ideal for morning coffee or evening apéros. A separate utility area includes a washing machine and tumble dryer for convenience.
