Tournesol Apartment
4 bedroom apartment in Morzine. Sleeps 8
Le Tournesol is a four-bedroom apartment in Morzine. All on one level, the apartment has a ski-in location within 20 metres, plus a hot tub on the terrace.
Le Tournesol is perfect for a mountainside holiday in Morzine. This four-bedroom apartment edges the Retour de Nants, a blue ski run heading back to the centre of town. You can ski-in / ski-out within 20 metres of the apartment building when the snow conditions allow and depending on your ability, as there is a small, sloped field to cross between the apartment building and ski run. In summer, start your hike as soon as you step out of the door.
The apartment building is on the Route des Nants, on the Pleney side of the village, and it is a 15-minute walk to Morzine’s bars and restaurants, or a two-minute drive away from the centre of town. Beneath the apartment building, Le Tournesol has a lockable garage, plus a private boot room with heated boot warmers and easy ski storage.
If you are staying during winter without a car, you can add their on-call 24-hour resort driver service to your booking. Their team of drivers are available day and night via call or WhatsApp, so you can reach the ski lifts, bars and restaurants with ease. The team can take you anywhere in Morzine and Les Gets, including the Prodain and Ardents lift stations, so you can easily reach snow-sure Avoriaz.
The apartment sleeps up to eight people and is on one level, making it great for families with young children. There is an open-plan modern kitchen, dining area and lounge leading out to a west-facing terrace with a hot tub, where you can watch the final few skiers whizz past as the sun sets behind them.
On the other side of the apartment is a small east-facing terrace with views over Morzine and up towards Avoriaz. The morning light filters into the apartment’s long hallway, which leads off to three en-suite bedrooms and a bunk room with a separate WC next door. This Morzine apartment also has a laundry area, perfect if you’re looking for a longer stay to really make the most of life in the mountains.
If you are travelling with friends and family, you can pair Le Tournesol with Chalet Joy next door, which sleeps 10+2 people. Alternatively, Chalet 46°, Apartment 6°, Lodge Des Nants or Chalet Genepi are only a four-minute walk away from Le Tournesol.
