Chalet 218 is a luxury ski chalet for up to 13 people in central Morzine. In a prime position within 2 minutes walk of the central zone of Morzine. It is a stand alone property right in the heart of Morzine featuring its own private garden to the front and back, Outdoor Hot Tub and Sauna, off street parking.
With a stylish Scandinavian feel and a cosy touch of hygge, this chalet blends modern design with warm, welcoming spaces. The main living area sits on the top floor, with double-height ceilings, exposed beams, and wraparound balconies that showcase sweeping mountain views. The lounge is centred around a feature fireplace, with plenty of comfy sofas and snug corners to relax in. A striking glass floor links the lounge to the dining and kitchen space below, adding a touch of drama to the design.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, while the light and airy dining area has double-height windows and a large table, perfect for gathering everyone together. Downstairs, you’ll find a separate cinema room with Netflix and a Nintendo Switch – a hit with kids both big and small.
Outside, the chalet makes the most of its setting with a spacious deck, complete with a hot tub and barrel sauna. In summer, there’s also a barbecue, outdoor dining table, and a relaxed seating area to enjoy long evenings in the fresh mountain air.
There are six beautifully finished bedrooms across the chalet. Four are ensuite, while the remaining two share a large family bathroom. The middle floor includes four bedrooms, three with terraces, and one set up as a family suite with an adjoining bunk room. On the lower ground floor, you’ll find two further ensuite bedrooms, one with a desk space for those needing to work remotely.
Additional features include a heated boot room with dryers, a utility and drying area with washing machine and tumble dryer, secure bike storage, and parking for three cars, including an electric car charging point.
