46° Chalet
5 Bedroom Chalet in Morzine. Sleeps 14
Chalet 46˚ has been meticulously converted from a traditional French farmhouse into a stunning luxury chalet. Inside, you’ll find a spa treatment room, sunken bath and cinema room; and outside is perfect for entertaining, with a hot tub, pizza oven, fire pit and bar. You can twin with Apartment 6˚ to cater for a group of 20 guests.
Chalet 46˚ spans three levels, with the top floor featuring a spacious open-plan lounge, dining area, and kitchen. From the large seating area with a wood-burning stove, you can enjoy uninterrupted views of Pointe de Nyon and the Pleney slopes. This floor offers the perfect setting for both entertaining and dining, where your hosts and chef will cater to you, or you can pour yourself a beer from the integrated beer tap at the bar. Thanks to its elevated position, guests can take in the stunning views of the slopes from both the living room and the balcony.
The middle level is home to five luxurious en-suite bedrooms, each offering the utmost comfort with high-quality mattresses and Egyptian cotton linen. Bathrooms are equipped with The White Company© luxury toiletries, professional hairdryers and straighteners, as well as soft robes, slippers, and fluffy towels. This level also includes a further seating area with direct access to the south-facing garden and large deck. The deck is designed for ultimate relaxation and entertainment, featuring a large hot tub, outdoor bar, sun loungers, bespoke fire pit, and comfortable sofas for enjoying the crisp evening air under the mountain stars. Dining in the garden is a year-round experience, with a choice of a barbecue or stone-baked pizza from the pizza oven, all served by your chef at the large dining table.
The ground floor is dedicated to relaxation, with a spa treatment room, cinema room, and sauna offering the perfect ways to unwind after a day on the slopes. The treatment room provides a serene space for massages, manicures, pedicures, and hair or beauty treatments, all of which can be arranged for you. At this level, you’ll also find a boot room where your ski and snowboard equipment is securely stored and kept warm and dry by the heated boot and glove racks. Ski access to the Pleney slopes is just 50 metres from the chalet door.
For larger groups, Chalet 46˚ can be twinned with Apartment 6˚, a separate annexe located below the chalet. Apartment 6˚ can be hired as a stand-alone self-catered property or added to Chalet 46˚ during the winter season, increasing your total number of guests to up to 20 people.
