This large spacious chalet is situated in a tranquil location a short 10-minute walk from the centre of Morzine and you can ski to within metres of the door.
The interior offers cosy mountain atmosphere with comfortable furnishings. The chalet has a large spacious living room with an area for those that want to socialise and for those that want to switch off in front of a film. There are two comfortable squishy leather sofas next to a corner fireplace and flat screen TV, and set further back is another L-shaped leather sofa with large wooden coffee table and bar area. The separate 'Shackleton’ themed dining room is roomy enough for adult parties of up to 20.
The living room has access to an impressive covered and heated terrace that sweeps around the whole chalet and offers exceptional views across Morzine.
The chalet features a large outdoor hot-tub which has views across to Morzine's sister resort, Avoriaz. The jacuzzi is the perfect place to relax under the stars in the evenings, soothing and aches and pains.
To keep you entertained throughout your holiday, the chalet has a flat-screen TV with UK Freesat, DVD player with a selection of films, WiFi access, music system and board games.
The chalet also features a ski room with boot warmers so you can have toasty toes when you head out to the slopes each morning in winter.

The chalet sleeps 16-24 in 8 bedrooms in the main chalet and 2 bedrooms in a self-contained apartment. The rooms are configured as follows:

- "We have visited Morzine in various guises many many times (alone as a family, with other families, in large groups when we were younger) and have primarily always stayed in the Chalet des Montagnes. It is a lovely place to stay, with great facilities including hot tub and table tennis, as well as plenty of parking for self-drive guests. It's a 10 minute walk down into the centre of town, and staff provide regular transfers to ski-rental shops and the main lifts during the day. This year we visited over Easter when Morzine/Les Gets had closed, and transfers were therefore offered to and from the Prodainscable carr up to Avoriaz which was great as the public buses were very busy! Staff are polite and helpful. Food is good, for both the adults and early children's tea; wine is free-flowing and the honesty bar is well-priced. I would certainly recommend the Chalet to anyone who likes well-organised, relaxing winter holidays with a great family company who do make the extra effort." - Trip Advisor
