Chalet Genepi is a spectacular retreat around 600m from the heart of Morzine. This modern chalet has been built with absolute attention to design, from the outstanding architecture of the building to the interiors and furnishings. Everything in Chalet Genepi has the wow factor.
Set over four levels, Chalet Genepi boasts two expansive entertaining areas, both offering ample space for when the chalet is at full occupancy.
On the entrance level, the large living room with a bar area opens out to an outdoor terrace, where a hot tub awaits, offering views of the nearby Pleney ski runs. This level serves as the perfect space for relaxation and socialising, with a TV area, a pool table, and a bar. The built-in blackboard wall is a fun feature for all ages, inspiring creativity. A communal WC is also located here, as well as a large bedroom that can be configured as a twin or double room, complete with an en-suite shower room.
A striking staircase leads to the upper levels, where attention to design is evident throughout. The modern chandeliers, combined with vibrant colours and textures, give this chalet a unique and stylish atmosphere, perfect for your Alpine retreat.
On the second level, you’ll find three beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with an en-suite shower room. These rooms can be configured as either twin or double bedrooms and all offer stunning views of the forest and over to Point de Nantaux.
The top floor is home to a spacious, open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area, along with two additional bedrooms. The living space enjoys panoramic views of the Pleney pistes through floor-to-ceiling windows that open onto a large deck. The deck features dining furniture, making it the ideal spot for alfresco meals in the summer or a warm vin chaud in the winter. Inside, the living area is complemented by a cosy log fire, adding to the ambiance. The large dining table comfortably seats twelve or more, while the modern kitchen with a breakfast bar is perfectly designed for self-catering.
The master suite and bunk room on this level can be connected via a co-joining shower room, offering great flexibility as a family suite. The master suite enjoys lovely views of the Pleney pistes and plenty of sunlight, while the bunk room features a desk, making it ideal for use as an office as well as a bedroom.
On the basement level, Chalet Genepi has a double garage, parking spaces, and a boot room with heated racks for boots and gloves. There’s also a gym space and plenty of storage for skis and bikes, with ample hooks and racks.
