Spanning 265 m² of luxurious living space, the chalet features five bedrooms, seven bath or rain shower rooms, and a mezzanine level that can sleep an additional two guests. The open-plan living and dining area is flooded with natural light, with a log-burning fireplace creating a cosy focal point and floor-to-ceiling windows framing the snow-covered valley. Wraparound balconies and outdoor decking, including a hot tub, provide ample space to enjoy the scenery and fresh mountain air.
The chalet is ideally located just 300 metres from the Nyon ski lift and 100 metres from the free ski bus stop, giving easy access to all lifts across Morzine and Avoriaz. Morzine’s charming town centre, with its restaurants, bars and shops, is a 20-minute walk, offering the perfect mix of seclusion and convenience. A car is recommended to make the most of this private location.
