Les Cotes Hotel & Residence
Comfortable and charming Savoyard hotel in the heart of Morzine
Located in a peaceful corner of the village centre, just 500 metres from the Super-Morzine bubble lift linking to Avoriaz and the Portes du Soleil ski areas, the Marullaz family warmly welcomes you to their spacious, fully equipped and delightful Savoyard chalet hotel.
Guests can enjoy the comfort and services of a hotel combined with the freedom of a self-catering residence. Most rooms are generous studio-style bedrooms or apartments with kitchenettes, free WiFi, telephone, safe, satellite TV, and large south-facing balconies with breathtaking mountain views from every floor. Many travellers praise the “comfortable beds”, “big, well‑equipped rooms” and excellent cleanliness.
The pool and hot tub
The hotel features a heated indoor pool with turbojets and a hot tub - perfect for swimming or a gentle hydrotherapy massage. Heated year-round, it stays warm and welcoming even in winter. In summer, the veranda opens onto the garden, offering mountain views and a sunny spot for relaxing poolside.
The restaurant
The restaurant serves traditional French and Savoyard cuisine, freshly prepared each day using local produce and paired with wines from a well-stocked cellar. At the bar, Madame Marullaz invites guests to enjoy a friendly, relaxed aperitif during charming Savoyard evenings - a highlight praised for its “homemade, generous food” and convivial atmosphere.
Sports and relaxation
Facilities include a sauna, steam room, fitness room, games room (with table football, table tennis, air hockey, pinball and billiards), as well as a children’s play area and outdoor sports including boules, tennis, pickleball and basketball in summer. Guests appreciate the complimentary spa access - an added bonus not always offered in similar accommodations.
The hotel also offers a morning minibus shuttle to both the Pleney and Super Morzine lifts, which many guests find extremely convenient. There's a ski room with boot dryers to ensure your gear is warm and dry each morning. If you're renting equipment, you can also leave skis and boots at partner rental shops located at the base of the Pleney and Super Morzine lifts—a handy option that saves carrying gear around town. Ski passes can be purchased at reception, often at a reduced rate compared to the lift ticket office. Plus, the free resort shuttle stops right outside the hotel and runs every thirty minutes or less - ideal for getting back from the slopes in comfort.
For cyclists and mountain bikers, there’s secure bike storage and a cleaning station.

Just ten minutes from the Sports Park - home to an ice rink, tennis hall, horse-riding and an Olympic pool - guests can also take advantage of the Portes du Soleil Multipass, available from reception in summer.
