This apartment is situated in a pleasant area of the Vallee de la Manche, approximately 1.5km from Morzine centre with easy access links via free bus or cable car.
Nyon is connected to the Morzine and Les Gets ski areas by a cable car, which is less than 50 metres from the apartment, or you can ski back via a blue piste to within 30 metres of the building.
The apartment is decorated and furnished to a high standard in a contemporary style. There is a large lounge with comfortable seating, a TV, DVD, and large windows that lead out onto a garden/terrace area. The enclosed garden has a covered wooden deck and outdoor chairs, so you can relax and take in the mountain views.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to self-cater, including a full-size oven, four-ring hob, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge. The property also has access to a washing machine and tumble dryer in the cellar.
