La Ruche is a highly sought-after duplex apartment in the heart of Morzine, located directly opposite the Pleney slopes. Perfectly positioned for families, it sits right across from the Jardin des Enfants and Club ESF, yet faces away from the main street for added peace and privacy. The apartment has its own private entrance next to a charming garden and terrace.
On the ground floor, the open-plan living area opens via patio doors onto a private garden. Here you’ll find a six-person outdoor Jacuzzi, a dining area for al fresco meals, and a summer BBQ – ideal for relaxing after a day on the slopes. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, and the cosy lounge area features an XL Smart TV with Netflix, UK and French channels, a Sonos speaker, and a PS4 console for entertainment.
Practical amenities include a washing machine and tumble dryer. There’s also a boot room with heated boot dryers, secure bike storage in a large garage, and parking for two cars (garage height restricted to 1.95m).
All bedrooms are on the upper floor and can be configured as king-sized doubles or twins to suit your group. The master bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom with a bath, a private balcony, and its own TV. The second bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom, while the third bedroom and ground-floor bunk room share the family bathroom, which has a walk-in shower.
