Located just 10 metres from the main building of Hôtel Les Côtes, in the quiet hotel garden, the Chalet Marollet apartment offers a comfortable, independent stay with full access to all hotel services and leisure facilities. Just 500 metres from the Super-Morzine bubble lift, it’s the ideal base for exploring Avoriaz and the Portes du Soleil.
Located on the first floor of the chalet, this 45m² apartment sleeps up to five guests and is perfect for families or small groups. It features two bedrooms - one with a double bed, the other with three single beds - and a bright living area with a dining space and fully equipped kitchenette. Step out onto the private balcony and take in the stunning mountain views.
Comfort and convenience
The apartment has two bathrooms for added comfort: one with a bath-shower and separate WC, and another with a shower and WC. Guests also enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi, satellite TV, towels, toiletries and a hairdryer.
The kitchenette includes everything you need to cook at home: hotplates, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Nespresso and manual coffee makers, and full tableware.
The pool and hot tub
As a guest of the apartment, you’ll have free, unlimited access to the hotel’s indoor heated pool with massage jets, along with the hot tub - both open summer and winter. In warmer months, the large windows open onto the garden, creating a relaxing indoor-outdoor space with views of the surrounding peaks.
The restaurant
You’re welcome to join us in the hotel’s restaurant for breakfast and dinner. A generous continental buffet is served each morning, while dinner features homemade French and Savoyard specialities, crafted with fresh, local ingredients. Head to the bar for an apéritif, or join Madame Marullaz for a friendly drink followed by a traditional Savoyard evening.
Sports and relaxation
Guests at Chalet Le Mazot also have access to the hotel’s wellness area, including a sauna, steam room and fitness room. There’s a games room with table football, table tennis, billiards, pinball and air hockey. In summer, enjoy outdoor sports in the flowered garden, with tennis, pickleball, basketball and boules, plus a play area for children.

Ideal for both skiers and cyclists, the chalet offers a morning minibus shuttle to the Super-Morzine lift. There’s a ski room with boot dryers at the hotel, and for those hiring equipment, partner shops by the Pleney and Super-Morzine lifts provide ski storage. Discounted ski passes are available at reception. Cyclists benefit from secure bike storage and a cleaning station.
Nearby attractions
The Morzine Sports Park - home to an Olympic swimming pool, horse riding, tennis courts and an ice rink - is just ten minutes away. Guests also enjoy access to the Portes du Soleil Multipass, available at reception.
