The Townhouse is approximately 5 minutes walk from Super Morzine Telecabine and 10 minutes to the Pleney, and only a few mintues walk from the closest restaurant and supermarket, not to mention great views of the mountains from an elevated terrace on the second floor.
The ground floor entrance has a large ski and boot room with boot dryers, plus a garage for bikes. At the back of the garage, there is a washer and dryer room. The large family bedroom includes a super king double or twin beds, a double sofa bed, and an additional TV with Nintendo Wii. There is also a sauna with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet.
On the middle floor, there are three fabulous bedrooms, all with ensuites. Two have walk-in showers and one has a bath with an overhead shower. Each bedroom has a large wardrobe and can be configured as a super king double or two twin beds.
The main living area is on the top floor, featuring beautiful beams, large floor-to-ceiling windows, a log-burning stove, and a corner sofa. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with two ovens, a dishwasher, and a large fridge freezer. Sliding doors lead to a spacious outdoor terrace with dining space, sofas, and a BBQ for summer use.
Bedrooms
All beds can be configured as twins or super king doubles with no gaps, using luxury mattress pad toppers that link beds together. Egyptian cotton linen and towels are provided.
