Only a few minutes walk from the centre of Morzine and right on the doorstep for all the ski shuttle buses to Avoriaz and Pleney. Situated in a peaceful position next to the River Dranse, Waterside is a short walk to the nearest bar, bakery and supermarket.
Step into this homely, open-plan apartment and youโll be greeted by a light and airy living space with large floor-to-ceiling windows. The lounge features a modern log-burning stove, plenty of comfy seating, a Smart TV with UK and French channels, Netflix, and a Bose speaker, making it the perfect spot to relax after a day on the slopes or exploring the mountains.
The open-plan kitchen and dining area comfortably seats six around a solid oak table and is fully equipped with a Nespresso machine, dishwasher, integrated fridge freezer, oven and hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, and plenty of workspace. Thereโs also a private boot room in the communal entrance area, complete with boot dryers, washing machine, and tumble dryer, so your equipment is always ready for your next adventure.
The apartment sleeps up to six guests across three bedrooms. The first two bedrooms can be set up as doubles or twins, while the third is a loft-style mezzanine with a large skylight, accessed via a quirky electric ladder. The mezzanine offers a cosy and unique sleeping space, though not full head height. Two modern bathrooms serve the apartment, making it ideal for families or groups.

All beds can be configured as twins or king-sized doubles with no gaps, using luxury mattress pad toppers that link beds together. Egyptian cotton linen and towels are provided for all guests.
