Welcoming family-run hotel very close to the Pleney lift
Located at the bottom of the pistes and the downhill mountain biking track, this hotel is an ideal base for both a summer or winter stay in Morzine. The town centre is a mere 5 minutes walk away and you practically fall out of the hotel onto the Pleney telepherique and the ESF ski school meeting point!
Rooms range in size from a traditional double (18m2), to Prestige rooms sleeping 2-4 people (28m2), Prestige Deluxe rooms sleeping 3-5 people (50m2) and a 110m2 duplex suite sleeping 5. Each of the 40 ensuite bedrooms has been thoughtfully decorated to create a feeling of cosy alpine charm and they all have a balcony and television.
The hotel has truly excellent leisure and relaxation facilities with an indoor heated swimming pool, sauna, hamman, jacuzzi, gym and a brand new squash court! Other means of entertainment include a TV room, table tennis table, a pool table and a petanque pitch in summer.
The hotel has a long history dating back to 1933, when the current owners' grandparents first moved to Morzine and built a simple wooden chalet. Over the last 80+ years, the hotel has grown and developed into the charming alpine retreat that it is today.
The lounge and bar with its open fire provide excellent relaxation after a hard day on the mountain.
